The museum is open Monday to Friday from 09.00 to 17.00.

Closing days
January 1rst, March 29 , April 1rst, May 1rst, 9, 10 and 20, July 21, August 15, November 1rst and 11 and from December 23 to 27 2024.
Charges
Admission to the museum is free.
Guided tours are free but must be booked.
Museum Pass holders will receive a surprise at the museum reception desk.

Facilities
The museum has cloakrooms for individual visitors and for groups.
The toilets provide a changing table and facilities for the disabled.
The museum has a large capacity lift.
Wifi is available in the building.
The museum has no cafeteria or picnic area.
Accessibility
The National Bank of Belgium Museum aims to welcome everyone. That is why we are doing everything we can to ensure that our building and activities are as accessible as possible.
Quiet times
If you want to enjoy a peaceful visit, we advise you to avoid coming between 10.30 and 12.00 and between 13.30 and 15.00 because the museum is particularly busy at these times during the school term.
Wheelchairs
Our museum is accessible to persons with reduced mobility.
There are steps up to the museum’s entrance which can be avoided via a private entrance, on request. The two floors are fully accessible by means of the lift. We also have toilets with wheelchair access.
If your group includes several wheelchair users, tell us when booking so that we can do everything possible to welcome your group in the best conditions.
Baby on board
The museum welcomes families with young children. Buggies can be used throughout the museum but they may also be left in the cloakroom. A changing table is available in the toilets. Seating is provided at intervals around the museum for those who want to take a break during their visit.
Tailor-made guided tours
Our guides can adapt their tours to suit everyone’s special requirements: for anyone with autism, the blind or partially sighted, deaf, or hard of hearing, contact us in advance or complete the booking form by stating your specific needs. We will do all we can to welcome you in the best possible way.
Guide dogs for the blind are welcome in the museum.
The audio guide headphones can be used with hearing aids.
